If you've climbed it before, you'll probably get it. If like me you never have, well it helps to know the name before getting on.
I absolutely love finding a wall/line/route/problem that just commands you to get on and climb it. It may be hard and intimidating but to deny it an attempt in the moment would be a climbing sin. This was one of those climbs. We had gone to this wall to get on "Black Crack" but while belaying friends up, this line just stood out. I didn't know the name or grade but I just felt I had to do it. I'm so glad I did.
A Red Rocks classic that challenges a Gunks rat such as myself. I used my buddy's rack up this guy so you get a chance to see me fiddle with gear I'm unfamiliar with (Standard Wild Country mid sizes and Aliens covering the small stuff).
